1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms are an agreement between you and PT Teman Digital Indonesia (“TDI”, “we”, “us”) for use of temandigital.id, TemanBuilder and the AI Consultant. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company.
2. What the online service provides
TemanBuilder creates early interactive prototypes from plain-language prompts. The AI Consultant explains TDI services, helps clarify an app or product idea, and can prepare an email draft for your review. Features, model providers, usage limits and availability may change as the product develops.
Human + AI Cowork and other engineering, product, support or delivery services are scoped separately. A subscription does not include unlimited development work unless a signed proposal expressly says so.
3. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by TDI’s breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Do not share an account in a way that bypasses limits or use automated access unless we approve it in writing. We may apply reasonable rate, credit and security limits.
4. Your prompts, projects and generated work
You keep your rights in the prompts, business information and other content you submit. You give TDI and its service providers a limited permission to host, process, transmit and reproduce that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and provide requested support.
Subject to these Terms and third-party rights, you may use generated output for your own lawful purposes. AI output may resemble material generated for others, and we cannot guarantee that output is unique, copyrightable or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing it before use.
You must have permission to submit all content and personal data you provide. Do not submit confidential or sensitive material unless TDI has agreed suitable handling terms in writing.
5. AI Consultant limitations
AI can produce confident but incorrect or incomplete results. The AI Consultant is limited to TDI service information and high-level consultation about your app idea, prototype or delivery needs. It is not a general assistant and will not solve coding issues, provide implementation instructions, or answer unrelated questions.
Neither the AI Consultant nor TemanBuilder provides legal, financial, medical, security or other regulated professional advice. Important technical and business decisions should be reviewed by a qualified human.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Break the law, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or create deceptive, abusive or harmful material.
- Upload malware, attack or probe systems, interfere with other users, evade safeguards or reverse engineer restricted parts of the service.
- Generate or deploy high-risk systems where failure could cause death, serious injury, denial of essential services, unlawful discrimination or significant legal effects without TDI’s prior written agreement and appropriate expert controls.
- Impersonate another person, misrepresent generated output as independently verified, or use output without required review.
- Submit secrets, payment-card data, government identifiers, health data or personal data you are not authorised to process.
We may block content or access that reasonably appears to violate these rules.
7. Credits, plans and payment
Free and promotional credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and may expire or change with reasonable notice. Paid plan details, taxes, renewal, cancellation and refund rules will be shown at purchase or in an order form. If those commercial terms conflict with this section, the order form controls.
Hands-on engineering and production delivery are quoted separately based on scope, risk and required responsibility.
8. Availability, disclaimers and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free output. To the extent allowed by law, the online service and generated output are provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or accuracy.
To the extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity. TDI’s total liability arising from the online service will not exceed the amount you paid TDI for the affected online service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability caused by fraud or wilful misconduct.
9. Suspension, termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. Contact kevin@temandigital.id for an account or data request. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, legal requirement, non-payment or misuse, normally with notice when reasonable.
We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. Material updates will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the service.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, each party will try in good faith for 30 days to resolve the issue by written notice. Unresolved disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction over TDI’s registered office, unless mandatory consumer law requires another forum.
If one part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; TDI may transfer it as part of a merger, reorganisation or sale of the relevant business.
